How Can I Help?

What is your new patient procedure?

New patients are always given an extensive assessment by a licensed Physiotherapist. We will fully assess your condition and give you the most precise diagnosis possible. We will then go over treatment options AKA: what you can do about it!
We will make sure to tailor the plan of care with you so that your goals are kept in the foreground.

How do I get my insurance to pay for it?

At the end of your session you will be billed directly. You can pay online, by card or cash.

You will then be emailed an invoice that will have everything you need to make a claim to your insurance company. Simply log on to your insurance company's online profile and file a claim, or call them and ask how to do it over the phone.

Note: most insurance companies cover Physiotherapy services, however it is up to you to be sure that you are covered!

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

Absolutely not!

In Quebec, Physiotherapists are direct access; that means you are allowed to come straight to us! If you already have a doctor's referral, we are always happy to see it, but you don't need one.

Should your therapist conclude it would be best to see a Medical Doctor, they will inform you and write a note for your Physician.
